Q: How do I purchase a Volunteer Party ticket?

Q: Where is Volunteer Parking? Do I need a parking pass?
A: Volunteer parking is at Davis Park, located at 2455 Palm Valley Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081. Your volunteer credential is your parking pass to access the lot.
Q: What should I do in the event of inclement weather?
A: Please do not presume play is cancelled if it rains; report to your assigned duty. For information and updates please call the volunteer weather hotline at 904.280.5000.
Q: What should I do if inclement weather is approaching while on duty?
A: Walking Scorers and Standard Bearers should go to the same van as their specific playing group. If the vans return to the clubhouse area, Walking Scorers and Standard Bearers should report to their respective committee chairman at volunteer headquarters. All other volunteers will be informed ahead of time on what their instruction will be depending on the severity of the approaching weather. General public will be advised to return to their vehicles.
Q: What am I eligible for if I volunteer 24 hours?
A: Volunteers who work at least 24 hours will be eligible for one of the following: Merchandise Discount or Dining Discount. For more information please visit the “24 & 36 Hour Perks” tab on the volunteer website.
Q: What am I eligible for if I volunteer 36 hours?
A: Stadium Course – Cart fee $37 inclusive of tax, Guest Rate is $200 + tax (may bring up to 3 guests)
Valid Dates: June 1 – August 27, 2021
Course closed for maintenance: June 7-July 4
Dye’s Valley – Cart fee $37 inclusive of tax, Guest Rate $90 + tax, Mon - Thurs Valid all day / Friday – Sunday Valid after 11:00am

Q: When and where can I pick up my volunteer uniform and credential?
A: Uniform pickup is located at Volunteer Village.
If you cannot pick up your uniform and credentials at the designated distribution, your uniform and credentials will be held for you at Volunteer Village. The first option to pick up your package is to have either a friend or chairman pick up your uniform for you. However, the tournament is not responsible should anything be lost.
The second option is waiting till the day before or day of your first shift to pick up your package. You will need to visit the Will Call* trailer in the Larry's Subs parking lot to receive a volunteer ticket. This ticket will allow you the access required to park in Davis Park as well as visit Volunteer Village to pick up your full package. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide extra time prior to your first volunteer shift in order to locate Will Call and stop into Volunteer Village. Please not if you are coming the night before, while Will Call is open until 6pm, Apparel Area & Uniform Distribution closes at 4pm. Please contact your committee chair if you have any questions.
*If you are unable to make your committee meeting, please notify your chairman. If you have yet to receive communication from your chairman, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, we are happy to help connect you with them. They should be able to provide you with an update on what was discussed and answer any scheduling questions you may have.
Q: What if I am unable to attend my committee training?
A: If one of these two options does not fit into your schedule please reach out to your tournament chairman and we would be happy to work with you on an alternate solution.
