Uniform FAQ

How do I make a reservation to pick-up my uniform?

You will receive an email to register and reserve a time slot for uniform pick up. This email will be sent out on the morning of February 6th.

It’s my pick-up day! Where do I go to pick-up my uniform?

Volunteer pick-up takes place in Volunteer Village, located adjacent to the Nicklaus Gate at the main entrance. You are free to park in general parking. You will be asked to confirm the contents of your order before leaving. If there are any inconsistencies in your credential or uniform, we will address them before you leave.

What if I can’t make any of the available days or times?

If you are unable to attend any of the available dates, you may have someone pick-up your volunteer uniform package for you. Please register yourself for the pickup time of their choice so that your uniform will be ready upon arrival.

If pick-up during the above stated times is not possible, your credential will be available at Will Call during tournament week. Once inside the gates, you can pick up your uniform in Volunteer Village. You will be responsible for your personal belongings. There will be no storage available in Volunteer Village.

The exact Will Call location will be finalized closer to the tournament.

Who do I contact if I have questions or issues during Uniform Distribution?
