What's New in 2022
New Food Partners: Driven by a commitment to reflect Northeast Florida and its offerings, THE PLAYERS annually features local restaurants at the tournament. New in 2022: The Local in the Food Court; Silkie’s Chicken & Champagne Bar in Taste of JAX; Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen and 904Burger in Trucks on 10.
Other new food and beverage experiences:
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is now the official vodka of the PGA TOUR and will sponsor a new venue near 18 tee called The Oasis featuring Tito’s Stillhouse Lounge.
The Grove featuring Maestro Dobel: Maestro Dobel Tequila, Official Tequila of the PGA TOUR and PGA TOUR Champions, offers three signature cocktails featuring its range of smooth tequilas including the Diamante Tee Time. While in the lounge, hone your tequila knowledge with the brand’s tequila experts, while also learning about “Art of the Cocktail.” Please drink responsibly.

Morgan Stanley Eagles for Impact – 18 fairway: Open-to-the-public venue where fans are encouraged to stop by to test their putting skills and post for a virtual photo with Justin Rose.
Fan Bleachers presented by TruGreen – 10 tee / 16 tee: Public covered bleachers and deck with views of 16 and 10 with beer, wine and soda available for purchase
Fan Bleachers presented by Daily’s – 12 green / 13 green: Public covered bleachers and deck with views of 12 and 13. Beer, wine and soda available for purchase.
Welcome Experience Enhancements:
Reimagined for the 2022 championship, THE PLAYERS Welcome Experience is presented by Optum, Morgan Stanley and Grant Thornton and will bring the return of the 17th Hole Challenge.
Expanded Fan Shop: Now 33,000 square feet, the PGA TOUR Fan Shop in THE PLAYERS Welcome Experience will feature a new t-shirt collection that celebrates THE PLAYERS’ past champions, t-shirts embellished with the local color and culture of Ponte Vedra Beach and Northeast Florida, a huge selection of custom headwear for Men, Women and Children and many other new items.

Returning Fan Favorites and Experiences
Military Appreciation Ceremony and Concert: Starting at 4:30 p.m. on the Island Green 17th hole. A Tuesday ticket to THE PLAYERS includes access to the ceremony and concert.
Patriots’ Outpost presented by Optum, Morgan Stanley and Grant Thornton: The Patriots’ Outpost returns in 2022 as an open-air venue next to the 16th tee box for military members, veterans, and one dependent to enjoy unobstructed views of the tournament and complimentary snacks and drinks.
Autograph Zones: two locations in 2022 – practice grounds and near the scoring area
NOTE: On-course autograph seeking is prohibited (this includes, but is not limited to, tees, fairways, greens and practice areas during practice rounds and tournament rounds).
The 17th Hole Challenge presented by Optum, Morgan Stanley and Grant Thornton: a replica of the famed 17th hole where fans can take two free shots at the Island Green or purchase an additional chance for a $5 donation to First Tee – North Florida. Fans can make a $20 donation (or more) for a “First Tee Fast Pass” to bypass the queue, take five shots and receive a free sleeve of golf balls. All proceeds will benefit First Tee – North Florida.

Kids Zone presented by Nemours Children’s Health near 8 green: Open to all ticketholders, the Kids Zone will have activities and games for kids of all ages, including a special putt-putt event on Saturday, March 12 at 10 a.m. that will give kids and parents an opportunity to meet Nemours’ Sports Medicine team.
Family Suite presented by Wolfson Children’s Hospital: Open to all ticketholders, the Family Suite is an air-conditioned space with private rooms for parents to change diapers and feed babies. Diapers, wipes, hand sanitizers and other necessary products will be provided in the suite, in addition to coloring pages and interactive games.

Parking
The general parking lot is located off CR 210. Address for your GPS is: 5360 Palm Valley Road
Parking passes are not included in ticket purchases and are required on all tournament days, Tuesday-Sunday.
All parking passes must be purchased in advance via THEPLAYERS.com/parking.
Volunteers will not sell parking passes in the lot, and parking will not be sold at Will Call.
“Four or more for free” parking vouchers are not available in 2022.
Tuesday & Wednesday parking costs $15 per day and Thursday- Sunday costs $40 per day.

New in 2022, THE PLAYERS debuted a digital ticket process for military members and veterans. Discounted veteran tickets through this allotment are sold out for all days. Complimentary tickets for active duty, retired, reserve and national guard members through this allotment are still available for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Tickets secured through this verification process will include a $20 digital voucher that can be used at any on-site food vendor for food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Opening Weekend
THE PLAYERS Welcome Experience and the PGA TOUR Fan Shop will be open to the public the weekend before the tournament (March 4-6), so that our Northeast Florida community can come check out the unique merchandise collection and purchase commemorative items and apparel, while also taking a few swings in the 17th Hole Challenge presented by Optum, Morgan Stanley and Grant Thornton.

Cashless experience
Payment processes at the PGA TOUR Fan Shop, all vendors and all concession stands will be digital, contactless and cashless throughout the entire tournament property.

Opaque bags measuring 6x6x6 inches and smaller or clear bags 12x6x12 inches and smaller are allowed inside the course grounds.

Fan Code of Conduct
Etiquette and respect for fellow competitors is one of the first things golfers learn when playing the sport. It's ingrained in the competition. Players often applaud their competitors on the golf course, call penalties on themselves, move out of their line of site to remain still and silent when other players are hitting, etc. As such, we hope that the fans at THE PLAYERS Championship will show their pride at hosting this event and their community by applying the same standards to how they act as spectators. We all have pride in hosting one of the biggest sporting events in the world in our backyard. We want to make sure that pride shines through during tournament week. Our code of conduct can be found below:
Spectators will be subject to expulsion and the loss of ticket privileges for the following breaches of etiquette:
- Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments or gestures;
- Verbal or physical harassment of players, volunteers, officials or spectators;
- Distracting a player or any disruption of play;
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, unsafe or illegal in nature;
- Failing to follow the instruction of a championship official, volunteer or security personnel;
- Failing to follow the mandatory mask rules and regulations;
- Failing to follow the COVID-19 Health and Safety protocols.
Mobile Device Policy
Spectator Mobile Device Policy for PGA TOUR Tournaments:
- Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
- Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
- Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
- No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
- Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
- Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
- Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
- All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.
